About the Journal

The European Journal of Regenerative and Implant Dentistry (EJRID) is an international, peer-reviewed, Diamond Open Access scientific journal published by Western Balkans University (WBU).

The journal is designed to support scientific excellence, interdisciplinary collaboration, research integrity, and the international visibility of scholarly work in implant dentistry, regenerative medicine, oral surgery, tissue engineering, biomaterials, digital dentistry, and related interdisciplinary biomedical sciences.

Mission

EJRID is dedicated to advancing scientific knowledge and clinical excellence in the fields of regenerative dentistry, oral implantology, and related biomedical sciences. The journal serves as an international platform for the dissemination of high-quality, evidence-based research that contributes to innovation, improved patient care, and the development of modern therapeutic approaches in dental medicine. It promotes interdisciplinary collaboration among clinicians, researchers, educators, and industry professionals, supporting the translation of scientific discoveries into safe and effective clinical practice.

Aims & Objectives

  • Promote innovative research in tissue regeneration, biomaterials, and implant technologies.
  • Provide clinicians and researchers with current evidence-based knowledge for improved patient treatment outcomes.
  • Encourage interdisciplinary collaboration between dentistry, medicine, biomaterials science, tissue engineering, and biotechnology.
  • Support the development of minimally invasive and biologically driven treatment protocols.
  • Facilitate international exchange of scientific knowledge and clinical experiences.
  • Publish emerging technologies and novel therapeutic approaches in implant rehabilitation and regenerative procedures.
  • Contribute to continuing education for dental professionals and academic researchers.
